Contacting Shannon
As my Business has grown over the years, I have accepted all forms of communication from clients. As I have in prior years, I am making a conscious effort to get all communication either on my Facebook Business Page or in my email.
If you usually text me or message my Personal Facebook Messenger, I will be asking you to send the message to my Facebook Business Page instead.
Virtual Appointment Process
After several successful years, I will be continuing to complete all appointments virtually.
My Virtual Process:

Book an appointment on my Booking Site

Fill out my Client Detail Form

Send your slips, documents, and anything else you wish to claim
by email to ShannonLStewart@outlook.com
***New Clients, please include your Photo ID and your SIN card***
Please complete everything before your appointment day/time, and watch your email for any follow-up questions that I may have when I start to prepare your return!
In most cases, I have the tax return(s) completed before the appointment day/time and will send them to you for review and e-signature!
Client Detail Form
The Client Detail Form is important for several reasons:

It keeps me up to date on any changes (i.e., address, marital status, new dependents, etc).

It gives me information about what slips to expect and what credits you may qualify for before we finalize your tax return.

It gives me information for my business files to support what I enter on your tax returns for submission to the CRA.

Important Dates for the 2025 Tax Year

The CRA opens e-filing on February 23, 2026

The RRSP Deadline is March 2, 2026
